Review: On the 28th of February I purchased a battery from Triple AAA which came with a 3 year warrenty. I was told from the field guy that my Alternator was going bad and it might hurt the battery but he would still give me the battery but to get the Alternator fixed also. The very next day I had to call member services again cause my car died and I needed a jump. The following day it died on me again and they sent someone out to jump the battery but battery would not stay charged so I got it towed to [redacted] Auto plaza, the dealer where I got my car. The following day my dealer informed me they could not do the work so I had to get it towed again. I got it towed again to [redacted] where they fixed the alternator. In the following days the battery light came back on and I again had to have it towed back to [redacted] I was advised that the battery might have a dead cell and needed a new one. I phoned Triple AAA and told them the situation and they advised me it was not the battery. They sent out someone to look at it, which was really rude and I was told I could not get a new battery. My car at that point was not starting at all. [redacted] advised me cause Triple AAA would not work with me and honor my warrenty then they would give me a new one from them free of charge. I phoned Triple AAA and asked for atleast a half a refund but was told nothing could happen.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because the warrenty was not honored and I had to come out of pocket for tow and I used up my membership calls with them because of the inconvience of the battery they gave me in the first place.

Review: AAA had caused damages to my vehicle during a change of spare tire and has failed to honor what they would pay out for my front bumper as there were no pre-existing conditions. This occured on 7/8 and I've supplied 2 quotes for estimated repair costs as [redacted] and [redacted] requested and noted would reimburse me for damages incurred.Desired Settlement: To honor the quote estimate cost + fees incurred + membership refund for dissatisfaction
