Triple-AC-Ranch

I have used this company before to haul horses with no problem, but after this horrific experience....NEVER AGAIN! They had their driver pick up the mare from my place on 3/15/14. The driver said that the mare would lay over at her facility and then be headed to WA. No one told me or her new owner that the lay over would be over a week! We found that out AFTER the mare was already on the road. Triple AC Ranch sub-contracted the haul to a woman out of Grants Pass, OR. The sub-contracting was NOT allowed in the hauling contract and was NOT disclosed to the new owner prior to doing it. It wasn't until I threatened to get the law involved (for horse theft) that we started getting answers. Up until that point, we did not even know where the lay over location was! Absolutely ridiculous! This company is so completely unprofessional! I would not trust them to haul a couch, let alone a living, breathing animal ever again. The mare FINALLY arrived at her destination late last night. She had been sent with a blanket, which was never used. She arrived dirty, cold, shivering and with a runny nose. Triple AC Ranch has NO business being in the horse hauling business.
