I hired Triple B plumbing fr my restaurant. I had a great experience with Mr. [redacted]s professionalism and patience with all my questions. He was thorough and respectful and a genuinely nice guy. Would recommend them over and over again.

Review: They were called to check the plumbing as I was getting a smell in my house when I did laundry. They came out and check the bath room said they put sealant around pipe, but in the process put scratched in my new washing machine. They were suppose to look at how the pipes were connected under the house but refused to go under the house saying that it was to cold. It was 50 degress out. They then tried to tell me that all the pipes under my house were connected incorrectly and were draining under the house. When I noticed later that they scatched my washing machine I called and asked them to fix this. They said they would have to charge me for this. I had another plumber check under the house and the only pipe draining under the house is the washing machine. I would like to get the scratches fixed on the washing machine but don't think they would do it without causing more damage as when I spoke to the manage who sent them to my house they lied and said they went under the house and they did not say what they said to me. I feel they were trying to get me to fix pipes that did not need fixing.Desired Settlement: would like others to know about their bad service and that they made false statements to try to get me to fix things that are not broken and tried to make me look bad to my manager. And lied about the service they did perform.

I would like to start by saying I’m very surprised on the way this customer is acting. We did not scratch her washing machine, we were very careful on working around the washing machine. When we first arrived she answered the door by saying “What are you for, no one told me you were coming.” In fact the Park Manager set up the appointment and told us to swing by with her knowledge. We checked her drain lines under the trailer, found only the kitchen sink line not tied into septic. Customer told us that the laundry pipe went into the ground.; the pipe did not drain into the ground, it drained into the septic. She also said that we wouldn’t go under the trailer, as I said we did go under the trailer, we explained to her that if we needed to make changes after we talked to the park manager about the repairs on the plumbing, we would have to schedule an appointment. We did seal laundry pipe and did not charge her for service because she refused to pay.
