Triple C Complete Carpet Care Inc

I took my cream 8x10 polyester shag rug into Triple C, 10/17/2016. By 10/24/2016 I go to pick up my rug to be told there were issues with it and I will be given a call. Tony, the owner, said he cleaned it himself. My rug was cleaner before it went to this place. For a company that ruined a $300+ rug, I was told, "You can take us to court" & never heard the words "We apologize for our mistake." Then he tells me, "It was worse before we put it in the machine." Which is a lie! You mean to tell me an 8x10 rug was not spot cleaned? If they did not know how to clean it, they should have told me that before a rug is ruined & I have nothing in my living area. After posting this same review on [redacted], Tony responded by saying I was trying to defraud the company for a new rug. This is a ridiculous claim against my character. I am a Veteran & have never defrauded a company or stolen anything in my life. I could have rented a [redacted] carpet cleaner to save myself the trouble.
