Triple C

we have a signed contract for a bathroom remodel for removing existing floor tiling and wall tiling and replacing. Also for install of a glass tub enclosure. 1/3 due at start. 1/3 in the middle and 1/3 at the end. Total was $4000. $2600 was paid. Contractor kept making excuses as to the delay of getting a tub enclosure made. This was the last step. Contract was signed with a start date of 9/30/19, to take about 7-10 days. Charley C of Triple C is the owner. Then he stated he had a death in the family, then a suicide in the family. We finally had them down for 12/6 to install, then supposedly there was a hunting accident. So a job that was suppose to be completed by mid October at the latest is now into the new year. In the meantime ,numerous calls were made to charley at and also his wife Christy . All of these calls have been unanswered and we tried again today and both my number and my wife's number are blocked from contact from these numbers. So the bottom line is we are currently left with a shower that we can"t use.
