to whom it may concern, [redacted] givens did purchase a 2005 [redacted] from triple crown on 08-07-14,within a few weeks the customer had a overheating issue,on 09-10-14 we replaced tne raditor and thermostat n/c to cust, issue was fixed.approx. 10 days later customer brouhght vehicle to triple...

crown auto repair stating major oil leak, customer mentioned she had a oil change done recently from a repair shop in the placerville area. our tech noticed the old oil filter gasket was never removed during the oil change.the company sent down a representive to verify which he did,at that point we referd oil company and [redacted] to another repair shop, since we had did nothing wrong.cust and oil company said thanks they will take care of it.the repair shop that triple crown refered them to has no ties to triple crown auto sales, it sound like the customer has a issue with either the oil change company and or the place they took it to for the repairs. thanks [redacted]

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TRIPLE CROWN. These guys are crooks and could care less about being an honest business. They don't go through and check out their cars before putting them on the lot. You will end up putting in a whole lot of money after you purchase the car. I purchased the extended warranty and not one thing that went wrong was covered under it. Some rude individuals to deal with as well once you are done with the purchase. BELIEVE ME, THIS IS THE LAST PLACE TO CONSIDER PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM....RUN VERY FAST AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Review: Hello my name is [redacted]. I work at BMW of roseville. I just bought a car from triple crown auto sales on September 24, 2014 and today is September 29, 2014. Between those 5 days I was told the car was completly clean and ready to go, I took the car to one of the BMW master technicians and he had told me there was a list of this, oil leaks, gaskets wear broken,they had also ziptied some parts int the engine together, flat tires and then the allternator has completly shut down. I was driving home yesterday and the car just died on me in [redacted] of the road. If taken the car to triple crown more than 3 times now and now they are sayin I won't be able to be rufunded for all the parts I had to buy and also have told me that they won't be able to get my car into their repair shop for another week. I don't have any way of transportation and have now missed work because of it. I have saved all my hard earned money into this and triple crown is not doing anything to provide me anyte of service. They are frauds and I really need help. Please help me I don't know we're else to turn.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refunded all the money I've already had to put into this car and want them to provide me with the money to be able to get all my stuff fixed and repaird at bmw of roseville so that I know the work will be done correctly.

Mr. [redacted] purchased a vehicle from Triple Crown on 9/24, on 9/29 the vehicle shut down while driving. When he contacted the repair facility he was told that the next appointment available was on 10/7 but if he got the vehicle to Triple Crown it would be repaired as soon as possible. He also stated that he had purchased parts for the vehicle and asked for reimbursement for the parts purchased. Triple Crown agreed to pay for certain parts that were purchased as we would have replaced them at no charge anyway. Once the vehicle arrived at the shop it was determined that the alternator had failed. Triple Crown preformed replacement of alternator that day and reimbursed Mr. [redacted] for the parts that would have been covered. Oil leaks are not covered by Triple Crown and they are not interested in participating in the cost of those repairs.

Review: The car I bought from Triple Crown has spent more time in the shop than on the road. For the past two months, my life has pretty much been devoted to driving back and forth from where I live to their shop and another shop accredited by them which is an 80 mile round trip. I have a warranty, but I know both places work with eachother, at first they "took good care" of me and serviced my car in their shop and gave me a loner car, then once my car problems began to escalate, they sent my car to their buddie's shop up the street where it sits now. $7000 later, I have a car that supposed "master mechanics" can't figure out what is wrong with it, a driveway with 30lbs of cat litter covering up oil stains and very sore legs from having to walk everywhere.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and to be done with this nightmare.
