I was recently made aware of the issue just days agoMy sales rep, Kyn, has been out of the office for months due to serious health issues and never relayed the messageThe homeowner finally contacted myself, I spoke with them days ago and went out yesterday to look at the drivewayIt is very minor issues, (2) rundown marks of stain and a couple small overspray spots, literally will take minutes to completely fixI do apologize for the situation, however it will be repaired this coming weekI understand the frustration of the customer, they were contacting a dead end , wish they would have contacted me months beforeI will take care of the extremely minor issue this coming week, the customer has already been made awareI also would like to be taken off of the Revdex.com websiteI discontinued using the Revdex.com years agoI did this because I never was given any kind of job leads or anythingAs far as I know this is the first time I have ever heard anything in response to my company everI have not paid for this service in years!!!! I do apologize for the situation, however it will be repaired this coming week. I understand the frustration of the customer, they were contacting a dead end , wish they would have contacted me months before.
