Hello, thank you for contacting us in regards to this complaint Owner Kevin R [redacted] and myself General Manager, Brandi D [redacted] spoke with the shift manager that was on duty at the time of this incidentThe shift manager told us that yes there was a problem brought to her attention but that the customer never asked for Kevin/the owners number they only asked to talked to a manager, and when she asked what games were down and not functioning correctly they wouldn't tell her The shift manager thought the problem was resolved because the cashier that they talked to prior to her refunded their game credits that they lost back to their game cardIf there is anything else we can do please feel free to contact us, Kevin R***' number is ###-###-#### or my information is belowThank you for your time
