I tried to purchase embroidered goods from Triple Crown and had a terrible experience; on their site, they offer a 110% price match guarantee which they do NOT honor. I quickly found the identical product on another site and sent in the appropriate information for the price match (I met every requirement on the guarantee) and because the price that I found was very competitive and after waiting four days, they informed me that they we going to "pass" because they have to make money and that they were basically doing me a favor by even looking at the quote because they are "so busy". I don't know how you "pass" when you now owe me an additional 10% of the cost difference. The guarantee is a sham, the sales people are non-responsive and the whole experience was a joke. Don't do business here.

I work in film and television and we frequently purchase gear with move or show logos to give to our crew, we call it swag.
I came to this site to get a Carhartt jacket designed with a logo.
I submitted the artwork designs, which clearly show the name and logo of the show I am working for. After a couple run throughs altering the designs, and many, many calls with the customer service, they were submitted. This process took about 8 days after submitting the original design.
After they were submitted and signed for, they charged my card for the designs.
After this, I get another call from customer service saying that they have realized the logo is from a tv show, (despite the fact the name of the show is in the logo), and after I explain that I work on the show, they required me to fill out a logo release from and resubmit it, which I happily did.
Afterwards, after conveniently charging my card, they said that they couldn't make the product unless there was additional release forms signed by the "owner of the logo" and that they wouldn't create the jacket. I asked for a refund and it took me calling twice to get a confirmation on the refund.
4 days after receiving an email stating I was issued a refund, I had still not received the refund to my credit card so I called back AGAIN!. Oddly enough, the refund was applied the day after I called, as if they were thinking I would just forget that the money would actually return to my account.
This service is poor to say the least, and they lack the most basic professional conduct.
I do not recommend getting anything done with this service.
