Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Triple D, please provide information indicating how the logo was determined to be placed between the two of us It was never discussed, what was discussed when I spoke to *** by phone after delivery of shirts was the shirts could not be worn due to logo being adjusted at which time *** indicated he stretched the logo too far (see attachments for original template provided by *** and actual shirt)

As for the refund, that will not be rewarded due to the shirts being custom. The customer needs 3 additional shirts that we will be more than happy to make for them but they will need to be paid for. We will even do them at a discounted price.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The logo was altered that is the reason as a company we could not wear the shirt which was made very clear to [redacted] from the start of having the shirts redone.  I can provide statements from female employees to indicate the previous shirt provided by this company and the shirt that was redone due to logo error is not the same fit.  I refuse to pay for another shirt from this company, in addition I need a total of 5 shirts instead of 3 because of the fit.  If Triple D does not want to stand by their work, I'll take my business some where else and let it be known of the service Triple D provides to a consumer or business. See attachment for photo of shirt labels, the Heavy Cotton fit is much forgiving (first batch of shirts) and the Soft Style runs much smaller (2nd batch) fit of a child.

Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:As we stated before the first batch of shirts were redone due to the Company Logo being on the wrong side. We as a company remade the shirts because we d stand behind our work. As for the extra shirts that they are needing, like we mentioned before, those will have to be purchased. We are willing to do the now 5 shirts not 3 from the beginning, at a lower or discounted price.
