One of the windows she installed cracked. I called her to replace it under warranty she refused. She told me to pay another company to replace.
One of the windows she installed recently cracked and when I called her to replace it under warranty she refused. She told me to pay another company to replace the window. They were supposed to have a 5 year warranty, this window was installed approximately two years ago.
Replace the cracked window.
I spoke with the guys wife and explained to her there is a 1 year warranty from the factory as well as my installation. I informed her I could get the glass for them but I was backed up so don't know when I could put it in for a price. She said her neighbor was having someone put windows in and she would ask them. I said ok and give me a call if she needed anything else. Pgt was contacted as well and backed me on this situation if you would like to contact them as well. This job was done in march of 2016.
