The customer claims that we never put oil in her car in which we responded that if that was the case the vehicle would break down in a matter of miles, not weeks, and she did not provide any documentation stating otherwiseShe is welcome to bring in any documents supporting her claims for review

I have already went to this business with my documentation and it was not even looked at. A man who was not the *** ***, I tried to show him my documentation and each time I did he responded with " you must have an oil leak"I have documentation that says I do not have an oil leak in my car and, that the oil change done in July by this business that they placed insufficient oil into my car that caused damage to my engineI tried to show documentation of that and the man refused to look at it. He just said the same response" You must have an oil leak" I also tried to show the man the documentation for the new engine parts that had to be replacedHe still did not look at the receiptI showed him the receipt from the last oil change done by the business that I was within my day warranty and his response was to shove the receipt in my face, walk away while saying " I can not do anything for you".
So for these reasons my complaint has not been resolved because when documentation was presented to this business it was completely dismissed

Review: I went to this business on July [redacted] 2014 for a oil change in less than a month my engine turned off on me on a highway highway and the oil light came on on. I took my car to another mechanic to find out why my engine light and oil light is on. It was then I found out that the supposedly oil change that was done for me by this business in july has not been done. I had no oil in my engine.I had to spend over 200 dollars in repairs for my engine and get an oil change. When I called this business to explain what had happened they told me it was my fault and that all Honda cars do this.they also accused me of having an oil leak and that is why I had no oil in my car mind you I've been going to them for over 7 years and not once has someone told me I had an oil leak. I actually went today Monday September [redacted] 2014 to speak to [redacted]. I never spoke to the [redacted] instead I spoke to someone else as acting [redacted] who never identified himself refused to refund me and I was completely dismissed. he didn't even look at my car nor inspected he just told me I had a oil leak and that's what happened he refused to tell me where [redacted] was.Desired Settlement: I believe I am entitled to a refund because I'm still within the warranty of 60 days according to this business and they were negligent with my car. I also want them to pay for the damages that they did to my car.
