Review: I went to Triple J Auto Fashion on 4-**-13 to have HID light install on my car. Three months later, I notice the bumper was coming apart from the headlight. I took it back to this location and they tell me it a dealer issue. Next day I took it to the dealer and the technician show me where the bumper has being taken apart. He also show me where Triple J Auto didn't secure the HID ballasts and it could void out my electric warrant on my car. So, I took the car back to Triple J Auto and the first thing I ask the guy was how did you install the hid fog lights and he told me from under the car. He secure my hid ballasts while I was there, but refuse to fix the bumper. So, I call the police to come to this location. While the police was there, I heard the owner telling the police in order to install the hid ballasts, you have to remove the bumper. Meanwhile the worker lied to me telling me that he install the hid lights from the buttom of the car. I asked other car shops and they all said you have to remove the bumper to install the hid light. I took my car to two different body shops and they both told me that the fastner that support the bumper and the headlight were broken. Need to be replace. I believed after he installed my hid lights and try to put the bumper back, he broke the fastner that support the bumper and headlight.Desired Settlement: I want my headlight and bumper fastner replace,realign and secure.
