To Whom it May Concern:I am writing in response to a recent complaint that we received from a customer that was dissatisfied with his Complete Detail Service The primary issue with the detail service related to the way in which we wax the vehicle The customer expected that we would use an electric buffer to polish or buff the vehicle after applying the wax We do not use electric buffers given the risk/potential of creating "swirl marks" in the finish of the car Electric buffers are commonly used in detail operations in order to expedite the waxing process and lower labor costs However, we do not use such equipment (electric buffers) in order to avoid swirl marks The following is the process that we follow in waxing a vehicle exterior Wash and dry vehicle exterior Apply high grade spray wax to car exterior and rub it in by hand with a cloth The wax residue on the vehicle is polished by handNote, this process is more labor intensive than using an electric buffer yet it helps to prevent swirl marks We explained our waxing process to the customer and resolved his concerns.Respectfully yours,* [redacted]

an electric buffer to polish or buff the vehicle after applying the wax. We do not use electric buffers given the risk/potential of creating "swirl marks" in the finish of the car. Electric buffers are commonly used in detail operations in order to expedite the waxing process and lower labor costs. However, we do not use such equipment (electric buffers) in order to avoid swirl marks. The following is the process that we follow in waxing a vehicle exterior. Wash and dry vehicle exterior. Apply high grade spray wax to car exterior and rub it in by hand with a cloth. The wax residue on the vehicle is polished by hand. Note, this process is more labor intensive than using an electric buffer yet it helps to prevent swirl marks. We explained our waxing process to the customer and resolved his concerns.Respectfully yours,*. [redacted]
