*** Friday, April 22, Lillian Timm sent me two copies of two checks, a total of $2,($& $1,500.00) She stated that she had over paid me $2,After looking at the two checks she sent me, I initially thought that she did pay me $2,twiceNow recently, I went through my bank statements and it shows that one check of $was put on hold/freeze, so I did not get credit for that checkFor the second check of $1,500.00, it doesn't show on my bank statement that I received credit for that one eitherHere is a letter from my bank, which shows that the $was put on hold/freeze and that the check may be returnedFor the $1,check, it does not show on my bank statement, that the money was put on my accountIf you recall (Lillian), you told me that, you had put a stop on the two checks totaling $2,If you look at my bank statements, you can see that I did not receive credit for the two checks that are in questionHowever you will see on my bank statement that I did receive credit for the one check of $2,dated 10/13/If you can provide me a 100% proof that I did get credit for the checks that are in question, I will pay you back the $2,Sincerely, *** *** Triple M Asphalt Paving

two copies of two checks, a total of $2,000.00. ($700.00 & $1,500.00) She stated that she had over paid me $2,200.00. After looking at the two checks she sent me, I initially thought that she did pay me $2,200.00 twice. Now recently, I went through my bank statements and it shows that one check of $700.00 was put on hold/freeze, so I did not get credit for that check. For the second check of $1,500.00, it doesn't show on my bank statement that I received credit for that one either. Here is a letter from my bank, which shows that the $700.00 was put on hold/freeze and that the check may be returned. For the $1,500.00 check, it does not show on my bank statement, that the money was put on my account. If you recall (Lillian), you told me that, you had put a stop on the two checks totaling $2,200.00. If you look at my bank statements, you can see that I did not receive credit for the two checks that are in question. However you will see on my bank statement that I did receive credit for the one check of $2,200.00 dated 10/13/2015.
