I ordered this product and within hours called to cancel it when I learned that I would have to pay for shipping back or pay $87.63 plus $89.92 for the second product. I was told to call and get an RMA # to return the order. When I called to request the RMA # I was told I didn't need to return the products because I had cancelled before they were shipped out. I got the Agent's and name. received a cancellation notice voiding the purchase in my e-mail from a company named Lejeune.
Today I received my credit card statement with the amounts named above charged for the same product. When I called them, they denied cancelling my order, denied knowing Lejeune and refused to give me their address. Lejeune agreed that my order had, indeed, been cancelled but they could not give their address. the product has NO distributor listed on packaging. ??? This is the biggest scam I have had the misfortune to be involved in.
