[redacted] WAS EVICTED BY A COURT ORDER EXECUTION ON 01/06/ HER BELONGINGS WERE PUT IN STORAGE AND SHE WAS SENT CERTIFIED MAILS TO HER LAST KNOWN ADDRESSON 4/21/ [redacted] CALLED AND SHE WAS INFORMED THAT SHE HAS TO PAY RENT AND WAS GIVEN THE AMOUNT EFFECTIVE FROM FEBRUARY 6, SHE CALLED AGAIN ON 6/29/AND SHE WAS GIVEN HER TOTAL RENTSHE INFORMED TRIPLE M MOVERS THAT SHE WILL BE PAYING MONTHS RENT NO EFFORT WAS EVER MADE FROM FEBRUARY TO PAY RENTSHE CALLED AGAIN TO GET HER BALANCE ON JULY 6, AND SHE WAS INFORMED THAT WE WILL ACCEPT 70% OF HER PAST DUE AMOUNT NO AUCTION WAS TAKEN BY HERWE HELD HER BELONGINGS FOR MONTHS AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND SHE MADE NO EFFORT TO PAY RENT TRIPLE M MOVERS HAD NO OTHER CHOICE THAN TO SEND HER BELONGINGS TO THE AUCTION
[redacted] was evicted by her landlord through a court order # [redacted] on10/16/with a constable service in place at time of evictionAll her belongings as stated on warehouse inventory sheet were put in Triple M Movers and Storage on same day 10/16/Two certified letters were sent to her with a list of the warehouse inventory sheet of items taken from her place On 11/18/she came to the warehouse and retrieve some items from her storage room She requested for us to return her belongings on 12/16/ The delivery fee was paid through an assistance service companyAll her belongings were returned on 12/16/ She signed off on the inventory sheet as receiving all her belongings back Revdex.com, please note warehouse inventory sheet is available upon requestThank you
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] What they wrote was accurate up till the end On the sheet listing the items that were out into storage at Triple M some items were omitted and I did call them when I received my copy The five plastic storage bins and my TV were not on that list When I called, after receiving my copy in the mail, I was told not to worry that it was most likely just an over site Whether it was on the list or not, it (the storage bin with all my summer clothes) and several other things were missing This information I told them about a couple of days after retrieving my belongings from Triple MI expect to be compensated for all the items that were missing If you would like that list again, I can provide it Regards, [redacted]
