They refuse to issue a refund of $88.97 charged 17 days after the first charges..NO WHERE ON LINE DID IT SAY I HAD 17 DAYS TO CALL BACK OR BE CHARGED
I ordered Keto pills for 4.95 A box came up and there was no way to decline the detox pills. Fine I went ahead and got those too. total 10.90. NO WHERE ON LINE DID IT SAY I had to cancel this or be charged the whole price. I do not do those deals. I called the company and they refused to issue me a full refund of $88.97 which they charged me 17 days after the initial order. They were rude and very unwilling to issue a refund. There were no instructions in the box or even a packing order! This is a rip off.

I ordered vitamins by mail paid shipping charge $5.95 ea for 2 bottles. I'm charged 89.95 x2 and only got partial refund after returning unopen pkg.
I called them at 8442665522 to request a full refund and the manager Don told me they had restocking fee $19.each so only refund I received was $130. after paying $178.92 plus shipping charges @ $10.90.

My name is ***. I am reporting this company because they are fraud. I have been billed and was told this was free product.
I was told this was a free trial product that the company is letting the public try out for a limited time. I paid for two bottles of Ketomaxx and Detoxmaxx, but was only sent 1 of each bottle. I was charged for times. 2 times at $4.95 and twice at $5.95. I called to the numbers showing up on my bank statement of 844-217-2673 and 833-277-6626. I also called the number on the back of these supplements of 833-277-3696. No one answers. It is fast busy. Some girl called my number from the 855-760-2142, which is the number on the email at the bottom of Ketomaxx public page. This girl called my number and said she was calling back to speak with me. She didn't say the company she was calling from. She proclaims she can't find my order, which I know is a lie because I had these supplements shipped to my home. This is a fraudulent company. I also believe they have people calling back on bogus lines that are probably not even with the company. They might be affiliated with Bell South. This company charged me 4 times, only sent two bottles of the product. Then they charged my my account for $104 on today. I sent an email to this company, but these people stated they can't locate an order for me. Even though I provided a screenshot of my shipping label. I would like to state that this product DOES NOT WORK. It is a scam. It is such a shame that these companies are advertising their products in media/phone company websites with overweight celebrities who claim they benefited from taking this product. The person stated they used this product was Melissa McCarthy. It was advertised on AT&T's Currently page. The product is a scam. I will not be ordering again and I want to be refunded my $104 back. Also, there has not been 30 days since the shipment was received. It's only been about 14 days.

The free trial was not a free trial but cost me $178.97. I never received additional product shipments.
I received a targeted ad on facebook for a free trial of their dietary supplement for paying just shipping and handling so I ordered one for the $5.95 shipping and handling fee and someone received an additional product with an additional shipping and handling fee. I didn't think twice about it as it was a free trial. This was in late March. On April 3, I received two charges: $88.97 for Freshstartlinedetox and $89.95 for TripleMaxxxKeto. When I called to find out what the charges were for I was told the "free trial" was for 14 days only. The S&H did not even cover the first month supply of each! Travis, their customer service representative, was extremely defendant and abusive from the moment he picked up the line. He literally was yelling at me and said I needed to read the fine print. He offered a $40 credit, not a refund as they do not offer refunds, then went to $50 credit. When I stated I had a free trial and never signed up for more, he stated I did in the fine print and should not have checked the box. I tried politely asking for a credit equal to the product charge I never received and was denied. After continuing to berate me he eventually hung up on me. Luckily, I snuck in a request to cancel and future "product deliveries and he did confirm the cancellation. Stay far far away from this company as they will charge you $190 for 60 pills that are labelled free with shipping and handling. I simply want my money back for the additional product I never received.

I signed up to receive a free sample of a product and a month later they deducted 2 payments from my bank account in the amounts of $44.98 and $44.49.
I have not received any further products from this company but they made 2 unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account as stated above. I contacted the company and requested they cancel any memberships, shipments, etc. and refund my account. That has not happened.

I was told I'd pay only shipping for a product "endorsed" by celebs Ellen Degeneres & Chrissy Metz. 14 days later I was charged about $180!
On March 4 I responded to a Facebook ad for a Keto diet kickstarter. Ad promoted these products as endorsed by celebs Ellen Degeneres and Chrissy Metz and said Chrissy lost an amazing amount of weight in a very short time. The product had allegedly been recommended to her by Ellen Degeneres.

Ad said a limited supply was being offered by Ellen, Pay JUST SHIPPING to try it out, which I did. I was also "upsold" to pay "just shipping" shipping on another trial product. In all, I paid three shipping fees, including $6.46 for a "POS Facebook/Menlo PArk, CA;" and $5.95 shipping by "FreshStartLineDE" and $4.95 by "FreshStartGrow.com."

THEN,14 days later, I see two unauthorized charges to my debit card - $89.95 paid to FreshStartGrow.com - phone 844-226-5522, and $88.97 paid to Fresh Start Line DE, same phone.

After checking their website link, which look hokey, I called. Surprisingly, someone named Nicole answered the phone. Told her I want to return the UNOPENED product. She said $70 would be refunded to my debit card and the remainder, minus a $17 per bottle restocking fee, wold be refunded when the unopened bottles are received.I was issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization number RMA XXXXXXXXX. She said an email would be sent within 24-48 hours with instructions and to confirm our conversation.

Surprisingly, the email arrived with my RMA number, but not address where to send the product. I called again. This time was also given a cancellation number, XXXXXX, and an address.

I took photographs and god notes, packaged the unopened unused product with a letter and left for the post office to send with confirmation of receipt. EXCEPT: post office said there is no such address (shocker). I then googled the address on my phone and instantly saw Revdex.com complaints.

I am furious, as I am unemployed and would NEVER have spent $180 frivously on a product like this or anything else for that matter! $5.95, sure, but $180 NO WAY!!!

This company is fraudulent. I want my money back. I want them out of business.

I guess I should have know better. But how could Ellen ever have steered me wrong? She is always so generous that it was believable.

Then billed $180 for October and will be billed $180 for November although I was just (11/27) told the items had just been shipped although my wife had cancelled the "membership" today! I had not agreed to the membership, was not even aware of its existence and had not received any communication from the company. Unfortunately, I had not looked over my Visa bill closely.... Today the company rep. informed me that I would be refunded about $70 of the November bill when I had mailed back the 2 items for which they will still charge me over $100.
I was given a return, RMA, number of XXXXXXXXX to be shipped to 1002B S. Church Avenue, Suite 18827, Tampa, FL 33624.

I was made sure it was a one time purchase of $5 but they ended up charging me and sending me more billing me each time. I do not want the pills.
I ordered these pills as a one time trial and they ended up billing me even after I was assured it was just $5. They proceeded to send me another box of pills and charge me again. There has not been information for me to call and cancel.

The product is VERY deceiving on adds. It's not keto ANYTHING. They don't even put the right phone number on the bottles! They returned 30.00 less
On line purchase. Very deceitful. They use others website for comparison of the product. Delivery took as long as the trial period that was given. When I asked to refund the monies to my account. They gave me $60.00 less than I paid... For a product that is not what they advertise.

Website and product are a complete scam. The billing methods and charges are hidden under an elaborate marketing scheme designed to deceive customers.
I saw a website offering Keto products which I am into. Website states that a bottle of the products is free to try, all you pay is shipping and handling. No terms and conditions were listed nor did it say when purchasing you are signing yourself for a 90$ subscription each month. I purchase the two products, never receive an email or shipping conformation and before I know it I receive the product. I use it for a few days and go figure, it does not work. I forget about it thinking it was only 5 dollars and to my shock I am charged almost 90$ per product that I ordered. I call and ask for a refund due to deceptive practices and the representative says I am only eligible for 60$ refund per product. I try to track down the website but they revolve pictures and forms to keep you from finding the site again.

The product was ordered with a 30-day trial and they took money from my account prior to the 30-day mark. I cancelled because the product did not work. They only returned $50, but the amount taken from my account was $88.97.
