I understand you have been assigned to this case. This email is to let you know that the owner of Triple N Construction did indeed contact us and informed us that he wanted to make right the repair job his "workers" did on our deckHe signed a contract with us which indicated a completion
date and he did meet that deadline. The Douglas fir he had the workers install has now been replaced with the correct material - redwood. He and his wife did the work themselves and the result was good. I would like to let his Revdex.com record reflect this
