This is an error in the hotels behalf NOT MINEIt should be up to the hotel to correct this, I should not have to track down the guest that they applied my credit card to pay for their roomI am not friends(they live near me)with this other guest who they used my credit card to pay for their room in error! I disputed this with my credit card company and [redacted] disputed my dispute saying it was a valid charge so the charges were not refunded to me! Again this is the hotels error not mine! I did not authorize in any way for them to use my card for someone else's room charge! This is a poor way to run a business, not taking ownership for their own mistake!
