Triple Quality Painted my home in Coconut CreekHis contract stated a seven year warranty on stucco surfaces not to peel and he covers labor and materialsMy home is peeling in several areas [redacted] talked to me and stated he would call back and set up a time to view the areas in questionIt has been over two weeks and [redacted] is not returning my telephone callsTriple Quality Painting does not honor it's written warranty

I'm responding to the business response regarding file # [redacted] [redacted] the owner has broken his contract(see below) and has left our home in complete mess Not a single item is completed that he has started(pictures attached) As for the cabinet [redacted] the owner of the company referred me to his cabinet maker(that has also done a poor job) [redacted] has been paid in full(cleared checks attached) of the original contract The add ons of $2,were updated last week and he never returned to complete those either so we owe him nothing He previously walked out of the job twice to other jobs Regards, [redacted]

Ms [redacted]Is still providing false information to you, as well as others we have hired an attorney to settle this situation and are certainly going to court against her this company in no way shape or form owes her any money certainly not 15,000.00 dollars we have tried numerous times to be reasonable with her, but as you see it has been to no avail. She has lied over and over again , how is any company able to due work for her when she is clearly unstable. Maybe we should contact her  veterinarian she decided to steal from this is a pattern for her lie and steal no matter who it hurts. sincerely,[redacted]

We canceled this contract because of repeated verbal abuse, stalking us to other jobs, and slander on her part. All the painting, texturing, and fireplace remodeling(the only remodeling we were to do has been done. All the material has been left and a remains balance  if $2900.00 is still owed....

So her 50% is a lie. We have tried to make her happy over and over again with so many changes it unbelievable( I have copies of changes in writing) Not to mention the verable abuse , stalking  and slander she has done as well , we have several witness to this who are willing to come to court on our behalf to testify about the job and her .I have included some pictures and the final change order she signed also. It would not have come to this had she not screamed, and cursed me out, we had a massive water LEAKE under a slab at one of our other jobs and had to rip up the floor to try and keep mold  from starting and the floor from being damaged. She however would not let even trying to explain. She then began to claim how bad the job was and  how she was going to sue us. Tried to say we were responsible for her cabinets being messed up but we did not build , installed or sand them the cabinet guy did. We have tried to make them look the best we can fix hinges that weren't right and even had the draw faces redone by another cabinet shop which we had to pay for before they would do any work. So inconclusion we do not owe her anything and are sorry we just can not continue to do work for the abuse is too much and there is nothing we would ever be able to do that would please her. There is much much more I could tell you and show you if needed I'll be glad to provide it .sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This is basically what the company said the first(which is all lies).  I have not seen any of their pictures showing a completed job or any prove of stocking or slander.  I on the other hand have sent all the pictures, contract and cashed checks from the bank.  They have stolen $15,000. from us and need to be removed from the Revdex.com.

I am sending all the information on this job, as to the pictures and claims that they have made as I said before there is a balance of $2900.00 left which is more then enough to complete this project. We do not feel comfortable in returning to this Job because of the of the following reasons; verbal abuse, stalking us to other jobs, false slander accusations, the Constant mood swings all of this was done by Mrs. [redacted]. As well as all the continuous changes she tried to have made with one of my crew members without permission from [redacted] and he was not to tell [redacted] because she didn't want to be charged for the changes. One of which was to remove granite counter top which we did not install and move an electrical outlet. So along with these and my original reasons I prior sent to you we can not return to her job.
