I am rejecting this response because: they are indicating that they can promote vehicles
as if they are in good shape with no issues and that is not correctI have provided documentation of the *** report on the car, which was a neutral party and had no interest in the condition of the shopThey were aware that I did not live in the area nor would I be capable of bringing the car in for service to them- which offered absolutely no incentive for them to lie as wellThe car was not in sound condition and is still being promoted to be in such as well Also, allow me to state that the things that *** identified were discovered on a basic inspection, which is why I informed them that they did not need to perform the more comprehensive inspection that I was initially going to pay to receiveIf these things were identified through a basis inspection, I can only imagine the things that they would have found were they to perform the comprehensive inspectionFinally, when a company advertises a product in one condition and when you arrive it is in another condition, that is advertisementI believe that the nature of the company's advertisement extends itself to a refund of the deposit- whether notice was provided or not because the vehicle was not in the condition in which they advertised and indicated to me over the phone on several occasions Regards,
