Review: My new dentures don't fit. Jody has strung me along for months saying they will settle in..he even went so far as to extend my refund time. They still don't work, and he won't give me my refund unless I give him the dentures back. I can't run around with no teeth in my head, and I need the money to get them remade else where. I told him I would gladly give him them back after I get new ones. I didn't sign anything saying if he screwed up I had to give them back.The agreement was if I wasn't satisfied I got my $ back minus a 20% fee. He has lied to and cheated me. This isn't how you do people on fixed income.Desired Settlement: I paid 650 dollars I want it back minus the 20% that was agreed on.

We received the letter today regarding case ID 9497762. We received a call from this patient a few days ago regarding receiving a check for refund. She had purchased upper and lower dentures from us and seemed to have problems adjusting to the dentures. We adjusted the dentures for her on a few occasions. Triple R Dentures warranty is 90 days, and when the patient was still having issues [redacted] decided to extend the warranty for her to give additional time to get use to them. She called us back, and said they just weren't going to work for her. We agreed to give her money back and we worked out a plan for her to come grab the check from us as she was going to be in town. Received a call from her asking if we could send the check? I told her no problem but we needed the dentures returned before we could send her check and we would refund the full amount paid instead of minus 20% as our return policy states. The patient got upset and said she wouldn't walk around without dentures while the new ones she was going to have made were being produced. I advised her that as with any company, when seeking refund money, products are returned in order to get your money back. Her reply was she wasn't going to settle for anything less than her money back and to keep the dentures, she would return the dentures when she had the others made, and that she would "make [redacted]'s life a [redacted]" if he didn't return her money.
Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee we will indeed get the dentures back if we give her money back before receipt of returned dentures. We have no problem returning 100% of the money paid by the patient upon receipt of the dentures. We don't believe it's fair for her to get her money back and keep the product also.

I'm just looking for Denture Repair... from not maintaining the rubber donuts on the 4 implants, they got cracked. My fault so I take the blame... but I didn't always have Implants & had about a year of dealing w/Denture Paste/etc.
Eventually, I did get used to them & after my 1st "Reline" they fit & felt perfect. But... still, a pain when I ate certain things like 'corn on cob' or steaks. So the dentist recommended implants. Which started the whole getting used to different senses/feelings in my mouth again w/ upper denture getting the implant inserts glued in.
I had about $9,000 invested in that 1yr & half process. Money Back Guarantee? Wow.. I wish I'd had that and been able to keep dentures. If they were Defectively made... that'd be one thing. But if I just never left 'em in long enough to get used to them... that's another.
I've now gotten so used to them on implants w/o the constant struggles of dealing so much nightly patenance... they now feel very weird not to have 'em in 3 yrs later. Question; How can you expect to get both "Money Back" as well as to keep the Dentures too? So as a Review... I can't take this complaint seriously!
Sorry... but w/o a valid complaint on "Workmanship"... how can you ever expect to get your "Money Back" & keep the Dentures too? Even Walmart wouldn't let you get a refund w/o returning the 'Defective' product!
