absolutely unfortunate that you have made it absolutely impossible to complete your jobI have attempted the complete the work several times and you put my crews off for personal reasons or have been out of townIn fact , my last attempt you were on a cruise and never notified me I was a least able to put the materials for the roof on site but I had asked you to keep the driveway clearMy crews had to unstack every bundle by hand in a small space between your garage door and carThere were cars in your driveway So, I am going address each off your complaints one by one as to be thorough,concise and transparentYou stated that my company was ran by myself,*** and his wifeNot trueHis wife has absolutely nothing to do with my companyYou stated that many other families have been "ripped off "by Triple R yet, your complaint is the only one filed. You stated that you never received a copy of our contract or your itemized list from your insuranceAgain, not true You were given a copy of the contract and also another sent via certified mail, which I have a receipt forSecondly, the insurance companies do not Send the itemized copy of the damage they are covering to the contractorJust to the homeownerSo, this is as wellyou had also claimed that your loss also covered your roof ,fence and exteriorThis is true and we we were more than happy to oblige you. But you decided that you you did not want us do the the exterior cause you would do it yourself if even at allYou demanded us to upgrade your shingles to better quality shingle and styleWe had upgrade your shingles and materials ,placed them at your house to complete the jobThis was all done at our costWe have pictures,text messages and invoices verifying thisThis was going to be a break-even situation for my company but would have gladly done it just to get this job over with It did not stop there, you then demanded an even higher quality shingle at an even lower priceNo company can stay in business doing work for cheaper than it cost to do the job.This is when you started threatening to "blast" my company on social media Hence,this is why I'm having to write a rebuttal You have posted my children and wife's picture and the ***e for *** and wrote derogatory remarks underneath the pics.. The wrong shingles delivered to your houseThis is true and I have taken full responsibility for itI apologized profusely for it and it did look unprofessional, I accept thatThey were meant for another house We asked again to keep the driveway clear as to pick them up and get them to the proper house Again, cars in the driveway so they all had to be loaded by hand from the front of the driveway to the streetYou have said no work has been completed at your houseAgain not true I have personally been there there to tarp your house twice means your mend your fence a few timesAgain, I have pictures , text messages and recorded phone conversations that back up my response. In conclusion , we never received the amount of $10,from Mr***We have been threatened, harassed,accused ,humiliated and embarrassed by my Mr***'s actionsIt is unfortunate that it has come to this but My company has had to file criminally and civilly against himThis is not how I want to do business with anyone and if I had a crystal ball I would never attempted to do business with Mr***
