I spoke to my customer in March about Frontline Manufacturing not covering the repair cost of the cracks in his shower, as cracks are not covered by our warrantyI spoke to Forest River and they notified me that he is out of his warranty date
with them
I spoke to him April 28, and reminded him about my warranty policy and that Forest River was not going to cover the cost eitherHe said "it cracked from using it"
I then asked him if I can have his address to schedule a repair agency to come estimate his shower repair, and he said he was in Kentucky currently for 2+ weeks, then might be traveling to California, but was not sure
I told him I would call him in a few weeks to see if he was stationed at his home, so we can get this repair estimate scheduled

I telephoned Ashley at Frontline Mfgon May 3, I informed her that I would be in the Kentucky area for an extended timeI gave her the zip code and she said that Quality Refinishing was in Evansville, IN, which is about miles from usShe said that she would contact them and have them contact me to schedule an appointment to repair my shower stallTo date I have not heard from them

On 5/3/I again contacted Ashley at Frontline MfgShe informed me that Quality Refinishing in Evansville, Indiana, could repair our shower floor and she would contact them and have them contact me to schedule an appointmentOn 5/10/*** from Quality Refinishing called and asked that I send pictures of the showerIn a few days she contacted me and scheduled an appointment for 5/22/*** *** from Quality Refinishing repaired the cracks in the showerHe also located some other areas that needed repairHe did an excellent job and was very professionalThank for your help in getting this resolved
