I contacted Triple S Services about bringing a pop vending machine into my warehouse. My warehouse has 30 people in it on average daily. I got a call from Joe who asked me when would be a good time to come by and discuss the machine. He arrived on time for the meeting with the information of what we would have in our pop machine and for a candy machine that would help our stop to be more profitable for his company. Once everything was agreed upon, he cgave me a date on which the machines were to be delivered. We shook hands and he left.. On the day of the delivery, I never received a call from anyone at the company asking about the delivery (First red flag). By the the end of the day, I called Joe to inquire about what happened. I got his voicemail, at which time I asked him to let me know if he still intended to deliver the machines. Never heard a single word from Joe. Very Unprofessional behavior.
