One of the worst Pest control service for bedbugs I ever have. I live in an apartment building where we have bedbugs issue from a while. Triple S pest control company comes to the apartment building twice a week from couple of years and they didn't eliminate this bedbugs issue yet but they treat one apartment and the bedbugs pop up in other apartment next to the one treated by them. As I know the bedbugs can go from one apartment to another easily but one of the representative that inspected my apartment in 2 minutes (surprisingly inspected only a corner and one door in two bedrooms apartment) argued with me that its not possible. I told them that after treating one of my neighbors apartment I found bedbugs in my apartment and he strongly disagreed with me and informed me that he didn't find any bedbugs in my apartment which I provided to them in zip locks twice (they think I am free enough that I would get these bedbugs from somewhere and go through whole treatment hectic process for what?)
Will not trust this company doing any pest control, dishonest and unprofessional.

Review: Three years ago, when we first bought our home Triple S Construction repaired/replaced our 2 skylights and 2 dormer windows at the top of the house. We were referred to them from our realtor, whom we trusted.Recently (during this winter season), we experienced some water damage inside our home. The water damage included ceiling stains in the family room and the guest room upstairs. We immediately called our insurance and they sent out a disaster response company out, an appraiser, and a roofing company. From their evaluations, the water damage was caused by the poor workmanship that was done around our skylights and dormer windows. From the pictures that were taken by the roofer, the dormers and skylights were done in a very poor manner with poor quality products. The pictures look TERRIBLE. There are several gaps/openings around the dormer window cladding (wrap) that are allowing water to seep through. The crew used caulking to fill in gaps instead of using a better product like [redacted]. Even the caulking that was done was completed in such a messy fashion. It looks like something done by an inexperienced person! As for the skylights, the Triple S crew reused the OLD flashing and didn't use proper sealing and insulation products around the skylight windows to keep moisture out. Now the skylights leak!! We now have mold growing on the wood under the roof (in the attic) because apparently the water was seeping in for QUITE SOMETIME! (unknown to us until it was visible to us inside the house). The roof is one of the areas of your home that isn't conducive for the homeowner to easily go up to inspect completed work. So when the work was done 3 years ago (ONLY 3 YEARS AGO! that's not that long ago. The work should've last MUCH longer than that!) we never thought about getting up on the roof to get a close look at the skylights and dormers. It looked great from afar. Who would've thought??Now, it looks like the damage repairs/replacements will cost us over $12,000. Obviously this is a service based company. The company relies on customers. So I would imagine that they want happy customers to keep coming back and refer them to others. But that IS NOT the case here! I am very upset with this situation! If the crew can't do a job well then they shouldn't be doing this line of work! Hopefully, this doesn't happen to another innocent prospective customer.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like the repairs and replacements to be done properly using good quality products so we don't have to experience another leak from these windows again due to poor labor. If they can't get it done in a neat and proper manner, then compensate us for the damages.
