Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I will not accept her trying to buy us jerseys of her choice when I gave her Hummel jerseys that go in a uniform setWe paid $each for our uniforms and each kid had jerseys per set, and we trusted her company to just put our jersey numbers on them for us, gave her plenty of time to research and make sure its done rightNot my fault they didn't feel comfortable in screen printing our jerseysThis is what her company does and should be knowledgeable of how to do it properlyNOT to mention they were incompetent and put the wrong number on jerseys! I have kids that have had these numbers for several years and means a lot to them, and their parents all had matching team shirts that now do not match their kids numberThis is ridiculous and not acceptableWhen [redacted] went to pick up our jerseys after almost weeks, when he got their , he still had to wait because her son apparently was hurrying and trying to finish them up and when she told [redacted] the color was bleeding through all the jerseys , that they had to go over them twiceWe had no choice or option at this point because they were all screen printed alreadyShe said its too late and so sorry for the mess upWell at this point, soccer had already started that weekend and we had to play with what we hadAs the kids washed their uniforms , the numbers are fading away and look horribleAll I want is my Hummel jerseys replaced and be done with this companyMy parents are very upset and this is not good business at allI have talked to several other people that have had similar issues with Joi and her businessYou can say what you want about supposedly another coach saying something about us , which I don't even believe to be true, we both know that mutual guy came in that day, and he is not a soccer coach, but we have known him a long time and he is even one of our customers for our business and has been for over years! I do know you and your company has law suits against you right now for other reasonsIts a public recordI also want my black jersey back that I gave you a few weeks ago for you to try your sample repair job on ,that looked horrible by the way, with a big square covering up your mistakeThis is the truth Joi, and I really trusted you and believed you would fix the mistake that your son and company did to my teams uniformsYou have upset and hurt these kids and have to finish our season in the jerseys you messed up and half of them have the wrong jersey number! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as far as the jersey's are concerned. [redacted]'s mother will be picking up his jersey within the week. We ask for...

an ETA to please be given for [redacted]'s jersey or a time when his mother may pick up their refund so we can attempt to have it made by another vendor. As for the hoodies, I do not agree with what was stated. She states in her response  "she ordered hoodies to match the color of the baseball jersey they ordered which is called POWER BLUE. I ordered ROYAL BLUE hoodies, I have the paper where we wrote down the color of hoodie as well." We would have been content with the hoodies if they were in fact 'power blue' but they were not and she acknowledges that with her statement. Our original request was for them to match the hoodies we bought from them the previous season which were charcoal grey.  On the request for the team to pay the restocking fee, she is correct by saying I refused to do so. As I stated in my complaint we paid a $400 down payment. The jerseys alone were less than $350 leaving a sufficient amount left of the deposit to return the items as we NEVER asked for a refund. Our only request from the beginning was to replace the jersey's with the spelling errors so we may cut our ties with this vendor.

we trusted her company to just put our jersey numbers on them for us, gave her plenty of time to research and make sure its done right. Not my fault they didn't feel comfortable in screen printing our jerseys. This is what her company does and should be knowledgeable of how to do it properly. NOT to mention they were incompetent and put the wrong number on 28 jerseys! I have kids that have had these numbers for several years and means a lot to them, and their parents all had matching team shirts that now do not match their kids number.
