This report is completely falseOur servers had an issue for hours last week, and have otherwise been reachable for over a year That well under 1% of service time Further, the complainant states that they received service valued at over $5, They at most could have paid us
$for domain hosting, and perhaps $a month to host a website on Tripod We take our customer support very seriously I will be happy to release this persons domain name to them for transfer anywhere they wish to go

I have already sent you the transfer codes for your domains.  Our servers were down for 5 hours ONCE in over a year.  That hardly meets the "All the time" you wrote.  Also you said you received $5,000 in services. That is incorrect.I understand that you are angry that your site was down for several hours, but the statements you are making here are patently incorrect, and you know this.
