When we received the news that this customer wanted our company to pick up the propanetank located at their camp, which by our records shows December 7, it was well intowinterPicking up a propane tank in those weather conditions is not feasible, and also that timeof year is extremely busy for our companyWe have picked up the propane tank and refundedthe credit that was left in the customers tank that was previously paid forAttached please seethe work order as to when we picked up the tank and a copy of the refund check.We apologize for any inconvenience on this matter.Thank You,Brian TrippTripp Fuels LLC, Member
