backorder it was decided that Tripp's would deliver Mr***'s tractor without the backhoe, then once arrived, Tripp's would pick up Mr***'s tractor, bring it to our garage and install the backhoe and redeliver,On October 11, 2016, the day the backhoe arrived; Tripp's picked up Mr***'s tractor, installed the backhoe and delivered it to their home at no charge to them.This transaction was completed within business days of Mr, ***'s purchase.Tripp’s Tr?d?r?g Pow?rsports

Dear Readers:Complainant purchased a *** tractor From Tripp's Trading that was delivered to his home by Tripp's Trading After an assortment of complaints by this customer and countless hours of conversations between the salesman, owner, mechanic and *** service representative the
owner of Tripp's Trading agreed to swap complainant's tractor for another band new tractor The owner of Tripp's Trading personally went to complainants home to pick up the original tractor (at no charge to the customer) in an effort to satisfy this customers demands Tripp's Trading delivered the second brand new tractor to complainant at no charge The first tractor that complainant purchased was sold in early October with no changes made There has not been a single complaint from the happy owner of the first *** tractor the complainant had.Repeated efforts have been made to appease this complainant Tripp's Trading has explained to complainant that if he has concerns about the second brand new tractor he purchased, he must get it into our dealership for further inspection Tripp's Trading has offered to pick up the second tractor that complainant does not like however; this complainant refuses to let Tripp's Trading transport the tractor to the dealership and refuses to bring it in himself unless we meet his demands and buy the tractor back The issues the complainant has cannot be rectified if the complainant refuses to work with Tripp's Trading to inspect the problems the complainant feels his tractor has.Thank you
