I have used them over 6 times and found that the service is outstanding. I get one on one service like in the days past. Not that I am not computer savvy I like to know if and when I have an issue they will fix.

Do your research. We got suckered into this travel club because they promised to sell our timeshares. They did not. After giving their attorney the information, we haven't heard ONE WORD from them. Bought in October 2018 and have used it once to buy airfare to Mexico. We took our whole family but they wouldn't honor ticket prices on Southwest for 8 of us. I could only use the travel company for tickets for my son and daughter in law on Delta from New York. Went to Europe this past May and tried to use them....I was able to get better prices from Booking.com. I disputed the charge with my bank but this company denied the claim. I even provided price quotes from other airlines and hotels that were less expensive to my bank and this company still denied my claim. We have discontinued paying the dues. If you already own timeshares, use them. There are so many good deals out there you don't need these companies at all.

My wife and I attended a TTN Las Vegas presentation a few months back. We were hoping for really good savings based on what we had to pay for the membership. (Thousands!) So far so good!
We took the kids to Disney and booked a condo using the website. We got a 3 bedroom condo for a week for $599. The same condo I found online was almost $800 more. I'm hoping for more savings like this in the future.

TTN

We were tricked into a "trip" to Las Vegas. Good lord I don't even know where to begin on this pile of rubbish. A third party called Royal Destinations sold is this "fantastic" trip to Vegas For $399 with all these promises of great things like $300 in food vouchers, $200 in gambling vouchers and 6 Vegas strip shows! All we had to do was show up for the TTN (Tripps Travel Network) 90 minute presentation. We thought, sure why not go see what it's all about worse case it's a free trip to Vegas right? Wrong... first of all you pay $39 a day in resort Fees so 3 days you're at $120. Then we go "listen to TTN's 90 minute spiel". Well, 90 minutes turned into 2 hours plus, they want you to spend "$10,995"!!!! To "become a member" on top of $199 a year fees, $399 processing fee etc. the money sucking goes on and on and on. They could tell we were a No Go and just there for the free stuff for having to listen to them. They paid no attention and tried to keep us till way past the 90 end to release us. I basically got up and tried to walked out. A larger man stopped me and then tried to pressure us several times Still to join even lowering the fee of $10K to $4K I said no repeatedly. When they showed us out and gave us our "free" items they are all totally worthless. BOGO for the strip shows, $300 in *** food vouchers good at maybe 10 hole in the wall places where you have to buy x number of dollars of food before you get the $15 off with the worthless voucher. AND the $200 in casino money is a joke- 10 crappy machines to pick from, you can't take any money and leave only if you win a jackpot can you get cash- HA like that ever happens. I could go on and on and on. WHAT A JOKE! Thank God I wasn't dumb enough to fall for their $10K deal. *** way to do business. Complete waste of time and money. Made me hate my trip to Las Vegas... won't be back for a long time if ever

Beware!!! After purchasing this we found out that they don't have nearly as many places as they claim. We wanted a 30 mile area on the Florida coast and they came up with ZERO condos. We never got the free gifts they promised... oh that's another company.. deception deluxe!

We cannot use this travel club because we can get better prices on our own. They falsified
information at the presentation by showing us samples about how much money we can save.
We also did not get the gifts they promised. We paid $3000 for this package last Nov. 2018.
I recently paid dues amounting to over $400 for annual renews as we thought we might find
a substantial savings on a cruise. They show us prime places to stay in Manhatten NY for $59 a night which usually charges $300 a night. This is a scam and we want our money back. We are senior citizens close to 80 years old and have been greatly taken advantage of. They said the package normally sells for $20,000 and we just wanted to leave and they kept reducing the price.
My husband was against joining, but when everyone left the room, we felt we could'nt leave as they had three people high pressuring us to stay. We agreed out of sheer exhaustion.

Our family previously owned a timeshare, and when we purchased the TTN program it was great to see we could rent a timeshare condo for about $500 for a whole week. Our family had paid $15,000 for their timeshare week. We got a condo for the family in Orlando and definitely feel like the savings are justifying the money we put into this travel program. We are hoping future experiences are as good as the first one.

If this review was based on the company that brought us to Las Vegas this review would be a 1 star! What a joke! They lied about where we would stay, saying we would be center strip. Last I check the Stratosp+here is not center strip. And it's a dump! Plus the show tickets were worthless!

As for the TTN product we purchased, our first experience was a good one. It was just a simple hotel stay for a weekend, but we got to stay at a nice Marriot for about $100 a night which was way better than I thought it would be. Hopefully future experiences will be positive as well.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

Where to begin?
First we will start with the Allen Group who booked this mess. They promised:

3/2 Ocean Cruise - Yes two nights but $65/person is due at reg.
3/2 Vacation Passport $29.95 up front.
$50 Pampas Gift Certificate
Vegas Bite Card - Discount book
$100 Binions Slot Play -
$100 Dining Dough - Discount book
8 Show Tickets - Buy one get one free
$1000 Travel Savings Dollars - Another scam. You can beat their prices on hotwire even when you use their travel dollars.

However, the worst of all of this is the hotel (Alexa Park) they placed us in, HORRENDOUS. With paint peeling on the walls and the painted over tiles also peeling around the tub, carpet from the 80's that smelled horrible and beds that resembled army cots with creaky springs we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Now TTN may say that this is the fault of the Allen Group Booking Agency but they are fully aware of the conditions of this group and actually talk about it while you are in their sales meetings. In fact one of the selling factors was that the first one to accept the TTN package would be moved out of their existing hotel into nicer accommodations. It would seem that an A+ rated Revdex.com company would also have a reputable system to attract customers.

Some may say that you did get something for your money but let me state that for what we went through the $379 we paid Allen Group was a total SHAM!

Now we will move onto TTN. We did purchase the package for $6995. Our Sales Rep. was Michael, who was a kind man. The Sales Pitch started out by talking about all of their qualities such as:

Concierge Assistance
Reduced Hotel Pricing
Reduced Travel Packages
Time Share Access

All this fell under the price of $15,000.
But Wait, We will reduce the price to .....
Then the negotiations began with promises of reduced prices for memberships in different clubs.

We finally agreed on the $6995 price with a myriad of wonderful promises. We came, we saw, we purchased. Oh me, oh my.

Then the fun began. I contacted the web site number and they didn't have our information about 4 days later (understandable). After a call they finally straightened that out.

Next, I did a web-site chat asking about a possible time-share in Hawaii in March. They said they didn't have any and I asked why there were none available, wondering if I misunderstood, and she said that was not how the plan worked.

So I checked out an Alaskan Cruise that was actually $500 more than just booking it through Priceline.

Next I contacted the site again and did a live chat with Shenise (sp). This was the end of October. I asked her to give me some information on lodgings for a Thanksgiving weekend in Boise, Idaho, (not really a hot-spot). She said she would send me an email about possibilities.

I waited one week, with no response, and then contacted my Sales Rep, Michael, who was kind enough to give me his phone number. He didn't answer but later sent me a text with the following;

Michael: "Hello its Michael sorry about the text my speaker in my phone is out I droped my phone unusual that don't get call backs that usually call people back I know they are revamping system right now" (Verbatim)

I responded this:
Me: "I'm just reading the Revdex.com reviews and we're not very impressed. Tell me this is not a $7000 scam.
We will be contacting the Revdex.com and asking for our money back if there is not better service." (Verbatim)

Michael: "Its not, the Revdex.com reviews are all about marketing. We would not be able to work out of the Hilton. If you have any concerns call ........ He is the head of sales.

I am also have savon call you today so you can get all set up with them. An if you have any concerns with the company have them answer all of them for you I'm just a sales rep I can do the best I can." (Verbatim)

I have still not received a call. I am tired of trying to make this work.

With the $6995 paid and the future $199/year for concierge services this is an extremely over-priced, highly inefficient travel plan. Stay as far away as possible.

Tripps Travel Network Response • Nov 29, 2018

TTN takes the issues in this review seriously. While we have no control over the hotels or gifts given out by our marketing partners, if we get negative feedback from a customer we always pass it on to the marketing co. with the hopes these complaints will be rectified.

What is mentioned in the review regarding problems with condo avail. doesn't add up. The same thing with a cruise costing more through our company that Priceline. We have a price match guarantee. We ask the customer contact our CS Mgr to take care of any issues with pricing or availability.

Our sales rep made an error giving out his number. The customer received an Information sheet and business card with our CS #. This was the number she should have been calling, not Michael the sales rep. Talking to the correct person will help to resolve this customer's issues. We ask the customer allow us the chance to resolve her issues. We will involve SOR management to make everything right.

TTN Management

Just booked a week in Big Bear CA. The heat is getting too hot in Phoenix and decided to plan a getaway. Called TTN withing a 10-minute call to someone on American soil that understands my needs and wants got a 1 bedroom for next week. Love this can't get better for what I paid it was the same as a campground. The fact is if you travel you save. Like a gym membership don't buy it if you're not going to work out. This has saved me over 3k first year. So Bravo TTN

So far we have booked 2 hotel rooms and the check in/out was totally no hassle and no surprises. No complaints so far. This is a good deal if you have time to really use it especially if retired. Don't settle for the intial price they want to sale it to you for, trust me they come way way down if you hold out.

$8995 plus 3 years dues: first use......total mess up. had us returning before we flew out to Mexico..then placed 2 separate airlines for trip. Up to me to cancel wrong airlines, which only got vouchers for next flights up to a year....you should be able to cancel if the service was so corrupt. I kept copies of all discussions which were with 7 different people trying to find out what happened. I kept all names of them. Is this covered by attorneys who know how bad this one was. PURE WASTE........and I am 78 years old...thought it would be nice...and the said my family can use the service....NOT....would some of you please respond to my questions to Dee A on
