So I turned in the voucher after letting a/or their company come into my house and do a business opportunity This voucher requires dollars I received a letter back without my check and letter stating that the voucher was only good between days after home showing and before, which was and I was left with nothing I tried calling and was given the runaround machines and pin codes needed etc finally I left an ugly message stating I was going to make the Revdex.com aware and minutes, no kidding, they called me that a check was in the mail no good

Not their fault and not why I'm mad. My husband is active duty military that deploys shortly after the holidays. The dates we have to work with aren't flexible. Trips Incentives didn't offer me any other options of available locations available during my requested dates, even after I informed them about my situation. I am upset that my situation wasn't handled professionally. Also was told it will take several weeks to get a refund of the deposit.

TRIPS Incentives has been not answering calls nor returning calls from their consumers. I am simply wanting to talk to one of the members to clarify some confusion regarding my reservation. Since they have not explained that child fee is not included in the reservation guarantee, I was hoping to ask if I can mail it back as it is if I decide that I am no longer bringing my child with me.
I have been getting [redacted]'s voicemail but he has never called me back.
All I wanted is to be able to enjoy incentives program that was given to me as a gift.
