To whom it may concern, I am done with this matterI have taken the legal steps to sue MsWilliams for slander and defamationMsWilliams received the service she paid for and is not entitled to a refund because her friends and family didn't CHOOSE to participate in her birthday winery trip This was a ticketed event and I have more than enough written proof that I did what was required of meI go above and beyond for all of my clientsMsWilliams cancelled her event after almost months of me advertising for her, she personally inviting her friends and family and not ONE SINGLE PERSON PURCHASED A TICKETThis in no way makes her elgible for a refund of my service feeAs a courtesy I offered her seats on one of my upcoming winery trips so she could have a happy birthdayAs for Infinity Trips Travel not being real that is rediculous! I am an independent travel agent for InteletravelMsWilliams did not hire me to plan her an Inteletravel tripShe hired me to plan her a birthday trip as an event planner after seeing the constant success of my charter bus trips onlineThese trips are not from Inteletravel.com and I never claimed that they wereHowever, I did inform her in numerous conversations prior and after signing her contract that my fee for putting together her bus trip is non REFUNDABLE and that I do NOT guarentee ticket salesAll the effort in the world on my part can not make people show up for her BIRTHDAY PARTYIf she didnt have the relationship s in place to insure her a good turn out then that is not my issueI wish her well but my reputation in work and community are impeccable so I will see MsWilliams in court birthday but not as compensationI have been very clear and concise in my contract and ALL correspondence with this personThe travel agency that I am an independent agent for has also fowarded this case to their legal team

Ms. Williams cancelled her event after almost 2 months of me advertising for her, she personally inviting her friends and family and not ONE SINGLE PERSON PURCHASED A TICKET. As for Infinity Trips Travel not being real that is rediculous! I am an independent travel agent for Inteletravel. Ms. Williams did not hire me to plan her an Inteletravel trip. She hired me to plan her a birthday trip as an event planner after seeing the constant success of my charter bus trips online. These trips are not from Inteletravel.com and I never claimed that they were.
