From: [redacted] Sent: Thursday, [redacted] 04, 2014 4:07 PM To: [redacted] Subject: RE: [redacted]   Good Afternoon:   Please find the response below to [redacted] concerns:   On Thursday [redacted] 20th, the [redacted], from [redacted] Community Association, and two representatives of Triquest [redacted] and [redacted] met with [redacted] and [redacted].   There has been an outstanding account dispute with [redacted] & [redacted].   Their contention is primarily the accounting records (2010 – 2013) from [redacted] doesn’t properly reflect their payments and appropriate collection charges. A settlement to this situation that has been ongoing for most of the year was reached.     We began this session with the following positions as of [redacted] 6, 2014 (last payment and charges):   ·         [redacted]  ([redacted] Community Association)                Credit Balance         $  9.07 ·         [redacted]   ([redacted] & [redacted])                                 Credit Balance         $220.00   After 2.50 hours of history; “who said what”; and review of documentation; and account records we agreed to the following:   ·         Credit Balance              $132.42 (Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] owe $417.58 on their 2015 assessments)   Bottom line [redacted] Community Association conceded $122.72.    All things considered -- time invested by both parties; questionable record keeping by [redacted] (previous management company); and driving to a conclusion ending – believe this is an appropriate ending.   Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the outcome, but Mrs. [redacted] not so much.      Thank you.   [redacted] Triquest Management Services [redacted]
