Their contention is primarily the accounting records (2010 – 2013) from [redacted] doesn’t properly reflect their payments and appropriate collection charges. A settlement to this situation that has been ongoing for most of the year was reached. We began this session with the following positions as of [redacted] 6, 2014 (last payment and charges): · [redacted] ([redacted] Community Association) Credit Balance $ 9.07 · [redacted] ([redacted] & [redacted]) Credit Balance $220.00 After 2.50 hours of history; “who said what”; and review of documentation; and account records we agreed to the following: · Credit Balance $132.42 (Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] owe $417.58 on their 2015 assessments) Bottom line [redacted] Community Association conceded $122.72. All things considered -- time invested by both parties; questionable record keeping by [redacted] (previous management company); and driving to a conclusion ending – believe this is an appropriate ending.
