I spoke with someone on a Friday about my AC being broken. They said someone could come to fix it on Monday between the hours of 2-6. They said I would receive a call 15 minutes before they arrive. I made sure to be home between those hours in a house with no ac and a 5 month old baby. They didn't show up until 8:00 pm, with no call. Then, the supervisor, Kim, yelled at me on the phone saying her employees work 16 hour days while I was home doing nothing all day. I told them I would not be giving them my money and asked the man to leave.
This is the worst contractors that I have ever experienced. I have been dealing with this company since April 27, 2015, still no air as of today 6/18. The people they send out to fix your unit don't know what they are doing (not licensed). I got a bigger mess with my unit than I started out with. I'am a member of AHS (American Home Shield) that is how I ended up with this company. I have already requested to them to never send these people to my home again. I would never recommend them to anyone. This company is a disaster waiting to happen. Help Shreveport, LA
