No that is completely untrue.. They never spoke to me, never responded the photos of the actual damage, As well as the as the document from the glass company stating how the damage happened. then only looked at the car, AFTER I had the glass replaced. Their response is totally unacceptable, my next step now is to contact the corporate office of the apt complex,who holds their contract AND I will be filing a law suit..
Triscape's so-called snow removal is simply [redacted] awful. They try to "clear" a driveway by pushing all of the snow to the end of the driveway instead of pushing the snow into the yard. They are contracted by my neighborhood association. If it was my choice, I would not hire Triscape to clear a dog path. They are miserably inept and embarrassing.
