The meeting took place at my fathers house on the date [redacted] suggested. Unfortunately my father and I offered a settlement in which [redacted] turned down.
The offer we gave [redacted] was a fair one. My father and I feel that [redacted] has to take full responsibility for his employees action. Project Manager [redacted] is the one we feel is responsible for what took place at my fathers house.
On 07-07-2014 I Franklin D. [redacted] called and spoke with [redacted] to schedule a date and time to meet and discuss options to resolve this matter!
My conversation with [redacted] turned out to be very disturbing yet finally made sense to me and my father on why [redacted] turned down are offer to settle this matter!
[redacted] had no idea his Project Manager [redacted] was making recommendation on work that had TOP PRIORITY over the job that was insured by AAA to be work on. He deceived and CON my father and I into giving him and other Triskell Employees cash to do a job that AAA paid them to do. [redacted] suggested that my father cash out on the floor money and CON my father into buying materials to free up money in the cabinets category. [redacted] and Triskell Restorations employees received cash from my father and did not finish the jobs they where paid to do.
[redacted] was also unaware that stolen property and damages to my fathers house and property took place during the entire project because Project Manager [redacted] was not at the job site to supervise Triskell Restorations employees.

I have attached a signed certificate of completion and a signed customer service satisfaction survey. Mr. [redacted] (The Father) is a genuine man and is very cognizant of his daily affairs. The complaints and items that the son has brought to your attention are not accurate and do not represent the attention are care taken during this project.
