On june 2016, I signed up with a service contract with this company to include yearly check ups plus cover emergency service callsNever received the second service check upAC froze over, I called them and they said they were going to call me the next dayI tried calling all the numbers the following day and have not received any calls backNot even sure they are still operating as their website is dated and with dead links

Initial install of an AC system 10/6/ Told they would come back to finish job Numerous calls and follrequests Contact Duke power and Pasco county about power rebate with new system Told no permit filed with county Called Keith, he said he would request one that day After permit filed, a service tech came out and did some work Asked Pasco County to perform an inspection and the install failed Continuous calls in an attempt to contact Keith Hwith no response to my phone calls I decided to drive to the office On the various invoices I received over the years, there were three different addresses listed They were Grand Blvd, New Port Richey; Grand Blvd, Holiday; and Siesta lane, Port Richey There are also
