Review: I spoke with both [redacted] and Tristar Fulfillment multiple [redacted] regarding my [redacted] Service, which began on August 28, 2013. I received a letter from [redacted] dated November 19, 2013, approving a $500 visa rewards card which was promised to me "before" I signed up for the [redacted] Service on August 28, 2013. I spoke to [redacted], Manager of the Tri Star Fulfillment Center the week of January 15, 2014, and she told me that it, "looks like" the gift card would be mailed out this week of January 28, 2014. I have called [redacted] and been placed on hold for an hour at a [redacted]. They tell me to call Tristar Fulfillment and Tristar, (after also being on hold for over an hour at a [redacted]), tells me to call [redacted] Company. I was told that the visa rewards card was "manually" processed on December 5, 2013, and due to that fact, I would received it quicker. I continually get the run around from "both" [redacted] Company, (who I also will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com), and TriStar Fulfillment, located in [redacted], NJ.Desired Settlement: Complimentary service from [redacted] on my current bill.

Review: I have been dealing with [redacted] regarding my $200 rebate card, after numerous attempts I was told to contact TriStar. When I spoke to [redacted] on 5/26/15 she stated I didn't accept the terms through [redacted] automated system. I explained to her that was completed back in January. She stated she will have to run the process again and it would take up to 21 days getting my rebate card. I explained this issue needed to be expedited. She stated she couldn't do that, it's not her fault cause she's a third party vendor. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated I was going to get the same results. After holding for 5 minutes she stated she would transfer me to a supervisors voice mail. I told her that's unacceptable and wanted to speak to a live rep. She stated there was no other supervisors but Katy. I requested she look for one and instead of helping me she transferred me to her supervisor! [redacted] was rude, was unwilling to assist me and now I'm out without a $200 gift cardDesired Settlement: I want my $200 rebate debit card before June 10, 2015

Review: We contacted time warner cable to install a business line at our mechanic shop. At the time, which was in April 2013, Time Warner was offering a $300 gift card with any new business line. They advised us that we would receive the gift cars within 30-90 days. Its now November 7th and still no gift card! Time warner gave me the information to contact tri star fulfillment because they handle their rewards program. I have been in contacted with [redacted] at Tri Star Fullillment since May 2013. Her phone number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is that we would like our $300 gift card that was advertised if we opened a business account with time warner.

Review: I referred a friend in March 2015, and the friends service (Xfinity Quad Play) was installed on April 24, 2015. I have been communicating with Comcast from the beginning to determine if my account and my friends account was linked with the appropriate 'advocate code' and was advised in June and August that the link was in place. Following up with TriStar in June when my friend recieved her 1st Reward Card for the new service, I was advised that I was linked, and should be receiving my reward card.I followed up again with Tri-Star on the following dates; 7/15/15, 8/10/15, 8/20/15, 8/25/15, and on 9/1/15 I was referred to Jason, who advised that the Link of my account to my friends account was not done, and would need to be completed manually, and would delay any processing for 21 days. So, on September 10th the link was in place and my reward was being processed and would take about 21 business days. . Followed up again 9/17, 9/24/ 9/30. Also talked with supervisor at Xfinity on October 5th who spoke with a representative from TriStar and I was advised that I should received my reward card by 10/15/15. Well today is 10/21/15, and I still have not receiced my card. Now the delay time is 6 weeks. Its been 6 months since . her service installed (almost 7months) amd her bills are paid on time. What's the problem. Very very upset, once Xifinity gets the order, they have know followup with this 3rd party vendor.COMCAST RESPONSE BELOW:Hello Wvaughn277, I apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. To check the status of rebates please visit the XFINITY Reward Center online. It usually takes up to 16 weeks to receive 3rd party rebates. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach back out to us.Digital CareMY REPLY BACK YO CONCAST:Trust and believe, I am very aware of how to check the status of my rebate. Can anyone at Comcast Expedite. Their respose NODesired Settlement: Send me my Gift Reward Card. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 6-7 MONTHS, SINCE I WAS PROMISED AFTER THE REFERRAL CUSTOMER PAID THEIR BILL IN FULL OR 90 DAYS (3 MONTHS) and Ontime.

Review: Clear TV is a rip-off to the customer. First, their website states you can double the offer, just pay additional shipping and processing fee...so I ordered two. First issue, the free offer came up only after I had processed my order so I was charged for two. Second issue, and the most important, the website does not give you the option of reviewing your order before final submission like other websites. Found out I was charged $31.96 processing and shipping!! The items came in a white shipping bag that weighed very little. It could not have cost much to ship. Their processing fee is a definite rip-off. I owned and operated an internet business for ten years so I know first hand what shipping costs are.The main concern is that they trap people in the ordering process by not giving them a chance to review before final submission.Called Customer Service to cancel order but had already shipped. Customer service rep told me I could refuse the shipment, which I did.Desired Settlement: Total refund of items purchased plus the processing fee which is way out of line.

Review: I wanted to upgrade my internet, so I looked for a deal online around Cyber Monday Deals.

Cyber Monday, in 2013 was 12/2/13. I found an offer that said the following: Free modem with a new subscription to [redacted] for $39.99 a month.

Seemed like a great deal, so I looked through it, the ad said absolutely nothing about rebate. No disclaimers anywhere, except that the $39.99 a month is for 12 months.

I looked everywhere for a disclaimer because it seemed to good to be true.

Sure enough, you had to pay $100 up front to receive your "free" modem, which you would get back after rebate.

So I decided to go through with it anyway.

Ended up paying $123.06 because they hadn't figured in the shipping costs and install costs. So right there, it's not free...

Got my modem, got my internet service.

Finally when all that was done, and I had fulfilled the terms for the rebate (which were to own the modem for at least a month, had to be in use that is), I filled out 2 forms for rebate.

2 forms, because they split up some payment, so 1 was for $69.95 and the other for $30.00. Either way the problem arose when I realized the date on the forms. [redacted] That is the website I was supposed to go to download the forms. When I entered the invoice info that came with the router, and then downloaded the forms for rebate, they were dated for 11/30/13.

How can this be? I purchased the modem and the service, on 12/2/13 So how can I not receive my rebate on a modem that was supposed to be free to begin with????

I decided to send it in anyway, hoping that they were going to be understanding and do the right thing and make the modem close to "free", even though they would owe me another $23 to make it free.

Month and a half later, I get an email from [redacted] telling me my rebate was rejected because the date was 11/30/13 and I bought the modem and service on 12/02/13

So they give me nothing, and I lose $123 because of their marketing and advertising tacticsDesired Settlement: I don't know how they were going to give me the rebate, and I don't care, I now want it cash.

$123.00

Just give me back what you said you were going to give me back. Make that modem free.

An apology would be nice.

P.S.

After I received the e-mail, I looked for ways to contact [redacted], and could not find a number to call or contact e-mail.

Then I saw that the e-mail telling me my rebate is not eligible came frome tristar fulfillment services, which is why I am filing this complaint against them.

However this complaint should also be against [redacted] I contacted Tristar Fullfillment Service, 3 times, and received no reply.

I warned them that I would file a complaint against them with Revdex.com, so here it is.

Review: I was promised (4) $200 gift cards through [redacted] advertising campaign in November of 2014. I have filed several complaints with [redacted] and [redacted] and discovered that Tristar is responsible. I called Tristar and they are confused about records. I attempted to contact them several times and this is my second follow-up.Desired Settlement: An executive level associate verify my accounts with both [redacted] and [redacted] then immediately issue all 4 of my $200 Gift Cards. This issue has been outstanding since November of last year.

Review: We received an advertisement in the mail that if we signed up for [redacted] Business Internet, we could receive a [redacted] $500 gift card because we are also a [redacted] ProServices customer. We had our internet installed in October of 2013 and called the phone number on the advertisement in order to register. They identified themselves as Tristar Fulfillment working with [redacted] on this advertising promotion. They took all our information and told us they registered us for the promotion and we should recieve our gift card within 8 to 12 weeks.

Midway through January was the 12 weeks mark. So we called the number to see if we could get an update on the gift card. They weren't able to give us any information, but gave us an 855 number to call the Tristar Fulfillment line directly to see how processing was going. When we called this line, they said we needed an opprtunity number in order to check the status of our gift card, and that we should have received this number when we first registered. We never received a number at the original registration.

Since then we have contacted the original ad promotion phone number three times -- each time we are put on hold, told they cannot find anything but will have a supervisor call us within 48 to 72 hours, and then never contacted with an update. Tristar's marketing plan with [redacted] is clearly a scam, they will not even attempt to contact us back in order to resolve the issue. It has been 19 weeks since we first registered for the card.Desired Settlement: We would like our [redacted] $500 gift card that was originally promised mailed to us ASAP.

Review: Mailed in 3 separate rebates to receive 3 $20.00 [redacted] gift cards for purchasing 3 food savers. This was mailed in December 2014. Then received a postcard from harden consumer solutions TriStar stating we forgot to send the up codes which we could still do to the address of po box [redacted]. Never heard anything back.when I call they have no record of it. The only reason I purchased the 3 food savers was for the great rebate it had offered.Any help here will be so much appreciated.Contact me if needed [redacted]Desired Settlement: Just want my 3 $20.00 [redacted] gift cards

Review: I submitted a rebate for a [redacted] purchased at [redacted] in June 2015. I should have received a $30 [redacted] gift card from [redacted]. I filled out the form exactly and mailed it in plenty of time. I called their toll free number twice and was told that they hadn't received my rebate form and there was nothing they could do. I e-mailed [redacted] to try to get additional help and no one has responded.Desired Settlement: I just want my $30 [redacted] gift card.
