Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Of course it would be within their best interest to write this public statementFacts are factsAri was informed that I would be calling back to make arrangements to pick up my items and he told me they would be saved for as long as I wanted which turned out to be less than a week because when I called back to ask him when I could visit (this place is a garage and there's no way of knowing who's there or who isn't and I was told to call first- which I did and my phone calls and emails went unansweredThis is the reason for my complaint Now they are insulting me and acting as if this never happened which is fine because I don't have a problem with never speaking to them again As I said before once they collected the money my personal effects were of no longer concern and they went out of their way to ignore my repeated phone callsThey know I do not have a car so I had to call to make arrangements to pick up everythingThese people will lie and tell you that everything is OK and then turn around and do something like thisUnrealUnprofessional In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom this may concern: thanks for reaching out to us, We really feel bad for her, as we pride ourselves on customer satisfactionThe car was in the shop for a few months, which certainly gave her ample time to take all of her personal items from the carWe still cannot figure out how she never came all those months when the car was in our shop to pick up her itemsand as she has stated she handed us the title which would leave us to believe that she was done with that car and didnt have any further connection to itif she feels their is something we can do we would be glad to be of assistance and maintain our excellent reputationplease feel free to call us if you have any further questions
