Review: THIS COMPANY INSTALLED THE LINOLEUM FLOORING TO MY HOME. ANYTHING YOU DROPPED ON FLOOR WOULD CAUSE FLOORING TO RIP. IT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. ALL CORNERS WERE CUT TOO SHORT. I CALLED THE BUSINESS NUMEROUS TIMES ASKING TO SPEAK TO [redacted]. [redacted] IS THE BUSINESS CONTACT PERSON. [redacted] WOULD NEVER ANSWER CALLS AND NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. WHEN I FINALLY AFTER MONTHS [redacted] DECIDED TO ANSWER PHONE CALL HE PROMISED WAS TO STOP BY AND SEE THE DAMAGED DEFECTIVE FLOOR. MY WIFE GREETED [redacted] AND SHOWED HIM ALL THE FLOOR DEFECTS. [redacted] AGREED THAT THE LINOLEUM WAS DEFECTIVE AND SAID HE WOULD CONTACT MANUFACTURER. AS OF 8-*-2013 [redacted] HAS IGNORED THE PROBLEM HE REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING. WE SENT HIM AN OVER NIGHT PACKAGE TELLING HIM TO CONTACT US AND IF HE DID NOT WE WOULD BEGIN A LEGAL CASE AGAINST HIM. AT THIS POINT I WANT A FULL REFUND.Desired Settlement: FOR TRISTATE INTERIOR TO REFUND US OUR MONEY, THEY HAVE IGNORED US AND OUR DEFECTIVE FLOOR FOR OVER A YEAR.

This complaint was taken very seriously as we do pay close attention to all of our customers concerns. Our company installs materials that are purchased through our vendors. When we come across issues like this one we take pictures of the possible defect and send them to the vendor who sends them to the manufacturer. Tristate Interiors filled out all the necessary paperwork and submitted it with all the needed pictures. The manufacturers first response was that the material was not defective and they would not replace [redacted]'s flooring. Tristate Interiors then contacted every involved party to reopen this claim and reevaluate [redacted]'s flooring. Our efforts did not go unnoticed and they did in fact get [redacted]'s file reopened. We are still in dispute with the manufacturer and striving to get them to replace [redacted]'s flooring. Tristate Interiors in no way considered this matter closed or resolved. We are in fact workin g diligently to resolve this issue with the manufacturer. Our biggest flaw with our argument continues to be that this material was installed in 2012 and [redacted] did not express any concerns until well into 2013. We've been to [redacted]'s home and agree there is an issue which is why we will continue to strive to resolve it. We anticipate having a resolution for this complaint in the very near future. Tristate Interiors and/or any involved employees are in no way ignoring [redacted]'s concerns and have dedicated many hours to this case, many by [redacted], to get the best possible outcome for [redacted].
