I'm disputing a claim from a customerYes we charge the customer $250 for work that was doneBefore we left and got paid we show the customer what we did he was satisfied and everything was working and then we got paid for the $250 in cashIf they're was a problem he
would never have paid us at allThis was an older type refrigeratorThe customer had call back Days Laterstated it was not getting cold enoughWe went out the 2nd time to do a secondary Diagnostics againTo make sure our part was not defectedHe had a condenser fan that was not workingThe part that we installed was goodWe show the customer tge part that was installed that was still good, and we show him the condenser fan that was not goodWe advised him all he had paid for was the part and not the laborHe started to flip out and told us he wanted the job done for the money he gave usI had to explain to him that was impossibleHe was getting irate and cursing at my technician, I advised my technician to Leave the hustle premisesThe customer had call me on the phone and I explain to him that he had two different issues and he was only going to pay for the part and not the laborHe told me no and he demanded he wanted his money back and I told him no only for labor the parts were non-refundableHis dates are not accurate.Thank you, Eliot B*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Elliot is a liar. There was one, and only one visit. Elliot's people failed to show up for two more scheduled meetings. Since this first fact is stated, the rest of the "me cursing them out" is a lie. There was never a second visit, he is lying to make me look bad. It is absolutely true that Elliot told me that I could only be refunded for labor, which I accepted. That brought the rate to $200.

Spoke with the customer and clarify things. And we came to a mutual understanding. I am putting my business in order firing my staff. Correcting any mistakes they have made.
