[redacted] signed a contract for a new roof and provided finance paperwork on 9-17-He even re signed additional paperwork on 9-23-and provided us his pay stubHe also received a legal right to resend this agreement per law, also signed by himHe received a welcome phone call on 9- and a walk thru on what would happen nextWe processed his paperwork, ordered custom beam for his job and ordered eagle view and material and sent him a welcome letterOn 10-5-he was called and placed on the schedule for installOn 10-20-he called to try to cancel his contractThis was way out of the day right to cancel at this pointHis explanation was that his HOA didn't approve the style of shingle he boughtNothing was noted in the contract about any HOA approval as he says or states nor brought upTo make a happy customer at this point we offered to UPGRADE FOR FREE the style that was approved by his HOA and had a considerable cost differenceHe still wasn't satisfied with that which I was surprisedI found out than he received a price from another company offering services for less money and this is why he was trying to back out of his contractHe threatened to bash us on social media and I told him that would be slander at this point as we did nothing wrong hereAt this point [redacted] has a valid contract to fulfill or pay a penalty which was on the contract and explained to him
