Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have not been reimbursed for the bounced check fees that I incurred through my bank because of Arvind stopping paymentArvind clearly gave me permission to cash the checks, which I have an audio recording of the conversationI also have a picture of the checks that "truck refund and tax refund" is written in the memo'sArvind is obviously further proving his character by lying about not giving me permission to cash the checks amongst other thingsI also want the front wheel replaced because the truck has not been driven let alone registered and I have all the documentation to prove that In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I told [redacted] not to deposit the checks until march ***I have all the text saying "Do not deposit the check until his check clears" If anyone need proof feel free to contact meThanks

I sold Ford FTurbo Diesel truck to *** *** March-*-*** *** came times to check/ inspect the truckHe test
drove the truck almost miles to make sure the truck is right for himSecond time *** *** brought his mechanic to take a look at the truckI gave him every option to be comfortable with the dealThere was an error on the title by previous owner on the titleI told him I will get a new title for him as soon as I can*** *** gave me a certified check for the truck which I deposit it on March *** and I was told by my bank it wont clear until March ***For his satisfaction I wrote him a business check and told him not to deposit until his check clearsAlso he requested me to drop the truck off at his house which I didAfter days later he wanted to deposit the check and I advised him not to do it until his check clearsHe went ahead and deposit it anywaysI got the title from the dmv on March *** and mailed it to himTruck was perfect and there was nothing wrong and nothing was broken*** *** checked it himself and his mechanic tooAlmost weeks later he texted me saying wheel is broken and asked if I can do anything for himHe drove the truck almost for weeks without any problems and all the sudden hes complaining about broken wheelIf the wheel was broken the truck tire would go flat or he would have seen it while he was doing the pre sale inspectionI do not believe the wheel was broken when the truck left my place

When u wrote the checks u said I could cash them if it made me more comfortable with the situationAfter I left and we werent face to face is when you changed your tune and told me I had to waitIf your claim is that u told me not to cash them at the time they were written then why wouldn't u post date them for when my check was supposedly going to clear? I gave u a bank check which if u really wanted to have cleared sooner all you would have to do is call your bank, at which can time they would call my bank and clear the check over the phone on the spotInstead u felt as a business owner it was better to stop payment on the checks behind the customers backMight I also add, when my check did clear u told me that's not how it works and I have no other option but to take the truckAnd again I was sold a truck that shouldn't have even passed New York State inspection with the cracked wheelI'm lucky I caught it now before I started driving it because someone could have been seriously injured

If your claim is that u told me not to cash them at the time they were written then why wouldn't u post date them for when my check was supposedly going to clear?
