TriState Waterproofing & Home Improvement performed waterproofing work in my basement A curtain drain was put in and a new sump pump installed
The work was completed on 8/1/ On 6/2/there was a heavy rainstorm When my wife went down to the basement, the southeast corner of the basement had water spreading across the floor There was also water leaking from the sump pump hose I called on Monday, 6/4, and spoke to the owner, Tony E*** He sent an employee, Pedro, to assess the problem Pedro stated that they would need to jackhammer the floor to see if the curtain drain had clogged Pedro said he would talk to Tony and let me know when he was available to come back and fix the problem Pedro never called back and each call to him went to voicemail I did leave messages I called Tony again on Friday, 6/ He said he left Pedro a message to call him Neither one has reached out to resolve this issue since my last phone call
