Review: We contracted with TriState Wildlife of [redacted] for mice remediation. Deposits were paid and contracts signed and the job proceeded as discussed. A few months into the job TriState was at the 1/2 way mark and was then paid 50% as agreed. From that point forward contacting the company to finish the job became a challenge. Voicemails, calls & texts were not returned for weeks and sometimes months. Finally the end of the job was scheduled & completed. The balance was paid. Part of the contract included monitoring of the traps after the clean up and removal was completed. The job was finished early June 2015. Mouse droppings were noticed at the end of June and we began the cycle of contact again. TriState has been called and or texted regularly. Now there is a dead mouse in one of the traps. Here we are on September * 2015 and I have yet to receive a call back.Desired Settlement: I need them to come finish the job for which they have been paid and to schedule follow up visits.

If that cannot be done, I need reimbursement as I will need to get someone to actually finish their job.
