At this time, I have been contacted directly by Tristate regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been
resolved because:
I am pursuing legal actions against *** *On March ** the car was suppose to be readyHe signed a paper where a police officer wrote a statement where he agreed to have the vehicle ready by that date. When I went to pick it up the front plates were missing and the tires weren't alignedHe wanted me to take the car as it was so that I didn't legally incriminate him. I had to take off from work to take out a police report to back myself up incase they did something on purpose to disappear my platesOn Saturday, March ** I went to pick the car up and some items were missingI will go to the police department to report that as well

Review: On 01/**/2014 I was in an auto accident on my way to work. A young man that works for Tristate showed up at the scene and offered me to take my car to storage until I came out of the hospital. The damages on my CRV 2014 were minor on the front passenger side door and wheel. On 01/**/2014 I went back to the shop and they offered me to repair the car because they were both a towing and repair shop. I agreed since the car was there already. On 01/**/2014 I decided to stop by the shop to pick up my E-Z Pass and a couple of things left behind in my car. When I got there [redacted] of the shop, [redacted] or [redacted] since he goes by both names was nervous. I asked him that I was there to pick up a few things from my car and he said that the adjuster was on site and that he couldn't let me go to where the car was being repair. He sent one of his employees to get my stuff and I followed him. When I saw my car it had way more damages made by the shop to scam the insurance company. I told [redacted], the shop [redacted] that I did not want to repair my car there and that I would take it somewhere else. They said if I take the car out of their repair shop that I first had to pay $1,500 in storage fees and 30% of what the adjuster estimated to fix the car. I called [redacted] at Geico ###-###-#### and told him about the scam this auto shop was running, but he said they could not take any legal actions against the company. I even submitted the photos I took of how the car looked after the accident, but that didn't seem to work either. The representative at Geico recommended me that I find another repair shop that would do the work for the difference of the $1500 and 30%=$3,913 or leaving the car there to fix at Tristate. I called few shops and due to the damages on my car it wasn't going to be profitable for them to fix it. On 01/**/2014 I took a check for $7,090.23 to Tristate because [redacted] said that he would not repair the car until I give him the check. I had a rental that I had to turn in on 02/**/2014.Desired Settlement: I've spent over $500.00 moving around since 02/**/2014 and the repair shop [redacted] keeps telling stories. Today is 02/**/2014 and my car is still sitting on the repair shop. I call every day and they tell give me a different story every day. They are taking advantage of me because they feel that I gave them a hard time. I really need my car. It's the only way I move around. Please help me. This has cause me emotional distress.Thank you[redacted]

Review: Legion X towed my vehicle and offered to repair my 2012 Acura TL after an accident on 1/**/14 for which they received payment from my insurance company of $3371.22 and Legion X did not make the necessary repairs properly, to date my vechile has damage and broken pieces. I had repeatedly returned my vehicle to Legion X giving them the opportunity to make the necessary corrections and replacement of damaged items on my vehicle and to date Legion X has failed/refused to make the necessary repairs/replacements correctly. I feel that Legion X ripped me off. I have taken my vehicle to be inspected elsewhere where I have a written estimate of all the damage and shady work Legion X provided. Legion X conducts bad business.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to make all consumers aware of the bad business Legion X is conducted and providing clients. I would also like a full refund of all monies paid to Legion X as I can use the monies paid to Legion X to have my vehicle properly repaired.
