Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The plumber that came to my house for hours not which he was on his phone through out the job adding up to at least minsI was told that the I was being billed for included a service call fee not a as they stateSo why couldnt the coupon be applied , also their plumber told me I would recieve a detailed bill from the owner the next day because he didnt know how toThen I was threatened to be sued for leaving a negative review on a website! Aaron is not being truthful in his complaint to the Revdex.comWe state on our website that we give flat rate pricingWe are no required by anyone, whether they claim to "know the owners" or even family members to give itemized invoicesWe do quality work from when the customer calls to set up the appointment to having a licensed plumber show up to their door answering any plumbing questions they might haveWe come to the customers house with a fully equipped van that has almost everything a customer would need to fix any problem that the customer is havingThat is what we did when we went to Aaron's homeHe called in, we scheduled the appointment for the very next day, showed up on time, fixed the problem entirely so he would not have to think about his pluming issue anymore, and then we expected paymentWe are sincerely sorry that he does not think that having our licensed plumber out at his home for a hours is worth that amount of money but when you add up material, salary for the licensed plumber, insurance, workers comp, having a fully stocked van, someone in the office that is there the minute a customer calls, that all adds up to make us a successful company that also needs to somehow make a profitThat is not at all what Tritan Plumbing cares about, but it is a small family owned company that is just trying to help people in need and make a livingWe are very sorry that Aaron feels the way he does but those are our rates and we stand by themAs for the coupon that $off covered the service fee that we charge just to come out and we did not charge him for that

That is what we did when we went to Aaron's home. That is not at all what Tritan Plumbing cares about, but it is a small family owned company that is just trying to help people in need and make a living. I am rejecting this response because: The plumber that came to my house for 4 hours not 5.5 which he was on his phone through out the job adding up to at least 30 mins. I was told that the 1000 I was being billed for included a 150 service call fee not a 50 as they state. So why couldnt the coupon be applied , also their plumber told me I would recieve a detailed bill from the owner the next day because he didnt know how to. Then I was threatened to be sued for leaving a negative review on a website!  Sincerely,

Went to customer on 7/25/15 and 7/26/15 to fix back to back bathroom sinks that were clogged and to repipe them. The piping on both sinks were so corroded and clogged an we had to repipe both bathroom sinks. When the repiping was done, the...

vanity in one of the bathrooms did not fit and the plumber told customer that it was up to them to have someone fix the vanity or buy a new one. The plumber did tell them he would try to get back to their home to see what could be done in helping them (free) but could not get back there in that his jobs increased day to day. The office assistant talked to Andrea 2 times and told her we do not do any type of construction work and that was up to them to have someone fix it. The plumber was out of town on one of the calls she made to the office and the plumber was asked about the situation and he said he could not get back there to look at it and that is what was told to Andrea.
The office assistant did talk to her fiancé (David [redacted], who booked the job) about the problem she was having with Andrea and he told the assistant to ignore her calls in that he understood it was not the plumbers fault the vanity did not fit.
We are a plumbing company and we fixed their sinks with new piping up to code. We are not a construction company. We never told any lies and was very truthful to Andrea. The numerous calls she has made our very stressful to us and we take pride in every plumbing job we do. Job was completed and the invoice was signed by David [redacted] as completed.

For one, the invoice was not signed as job completed satisfactorily, but I wasn't even going to comment on that until the company brought it up. Second, if the vanity didn't fit, how is that our, as the client's, issue? Shouldn't the vanity's pipe fit the pipe the plumber installed since it fit before the plumber replaced the pipe in the wall? And third, Dave did not tell the plumber or the company to ignore my calls. After all, I paid the bill for it, despite his name being on the contract. And fourth, the office assistant(s) did not state they don't do construction; they just told me they had to check with the plumber to see if they could send someone out free of charge. And is hooking the vanity sink's pipe back up to the pipe in the wall really construction? And as far as the company's statement about not telling lies, looks like I just pointed out a bunch.
