Had a problem with my A/C dating back to 08/07/2015, it was blowing hot air. All the technicians that I used to help fix the problem [redacted]. , and [redacted]., were knowledge, able to give me options, and after a week of running the A/C 24/7 I can now say it is fixed. Brandon was also most helpful in scheduling the work to be done as fast as they were able to assign a technician and acquire the parts needed. I will have no problem recommending Triton to others and will call them again should I have any additional problems.

Triton Air recently installed our new A/C unit and we were very pleased with the team of experts that came to our home from the early information stage with [redacted] to the installation stage with [redacted]. However, what made us clients for life is when we had a circuit breaker issue this past holiday weekend. I called Triton Air on a holiday monday morning. I received a callback within 15 minutes from Technician [redacted], who would be at my front door within 10 minutes. [redacted] was prompt and efficient. He traced back the problem to our main circuit breaker which needed replacement. He was so thorough and explained how the problem occurred and how he could fix it. Once the new main circuit breaker was installed, he re-checked all the lights and A/C to make sure all was running properly. He is a great asset to Triton Air.
